설명:

수냉식 에어컨을 설치하여 각 실별로 에어덕트를 설치하고 비례식 댐퍼 모터를 이용하여 온도롤 제어하도록 하였다.
에어컨의 제어는 각실의 온도조절기에 의한
댐퍼의 개폐상태에 따라 변동되는 차압을 감지하여 DDC에서 팬속도와 전자식 냉매 팽창밸브의 개도를 제어하고 인버터 기동의 냉동 컴프레서의 속도등을 제어하여 냉방 부하에 따라 시스템을 제어하도록 설계되었다.

System configured with 4-Pipe heating and cooling system controlled by Siemens compact Controller of Klimatix series programmed to control water cooled airconditioners and heating manifold system for floor heating.
Room units control the damper motors for (PI) regulating pressure of air supplies to each rooms.
The variation of differential pressure controls the fan speed and the refrigeration compressor and opening the electronic expansion valve to follow up the cooling load.
